The Massage Nest – Professional Women’s Massage Services (Home-Based)

 

 

Welcome to The Massage Nest. By booking and receiving any massage treatment provided by The Massage Nest (“the Business”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.

1. Eligibility

• Our services are exclusively for women.

• Clients must be 18 years or older.

• Proof of identity or gender may be requested for safety and compliance purposes.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet these criteria.

2. Booking Appointments

• Appointments must be made in advance via [phone / text / email / booking form].

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment with no reduction in price.

• First-time clients may be asked to complete a brief consultation form prior to treatment.

3. Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).

• Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Accepted payment methods: [cash / bank transfer].

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price adjustments.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

• Clients who fail to attend a booked session without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment begins.

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if it may be unsafe for the client.

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care; we do not diagnose or prescribe medication.

• Cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority. All equipment, linens, and areas are sanitised between appointments.

6. Professional Conduct

• This is a professional therapeutic service only.

• Any inappropriate or suggestive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times and follow therapist instructions for their safety and comfort.

7. Liability

• The therapist will take all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety.

• The Massage Nest and its therapist(s) are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after treatment, unless caused by proven negligence.

• Clients receive massage therapy at their own risk and must inform the therapist of any changes to their health.

8. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

• All personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential.

• Client records are stored securely in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Information will never be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Home-Based Environment

• As the business operates from a private home, clients are asked to:

• Respect the property and neighbours.

• Arrive alone unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• Avoid bringing children or guests unless agreed upon prior to the session.

• The exact address will be provided after a confirmed booking for safety and privacy reasons.

By booking a session with The Massage Nest, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• You consent to receive massage therapy at your own risk.

• You release The Massage Nest and its therapist(s) from liability except in cases of proven negligence.
